Techniques for Working with Actors in Puppet Performance WSL/RTL/TPZASL-L
In the summer semester, students will work on etudes based on dramatic texts (or possibly excerpts of prose).
The task for course participants will be to prepare monodramatic or duo scenes centered on the relationship (and dialogue) between actor and form. The practical work with the actor will be preceded by a detailed analysis of the selected literary material, leading to the development of a coherent staging concept that involves choosing appropriate expressive means of puppet theater for the theme.
Collaboration with students from the Puppet Theatre Technology program is crucial for the course, both during the creation of the visual concept and the development of the etude.
During the analytical and conceptual stages, classes may be conducted remotely.
