1. Exercises enabling the understanding of the work of individual muscle groups and joints.
2. Exercises enabling the attainment of correct posture and alignment of various body parts using classical and contemporary dance methodologies.
3. Gradual introduction of successive exercises in various configurations and levels of difficulty.
II Semester:
1. Advanced exercises allowing for an understanding of the work of specific muscle groups and joints.
2. Advanced exercises aimed at achieving correct body posture and alignment of its various parts using classical dance methodologies.
3. Gradual introduction of increasingly complex exercises in various configurations and levels of difficulty.
