Exercises of varying difficulty levels, performed in different combinations:
1. Port de bras, demi plié, grand plié, battement tendu, battement tendu jeté, battement balancé, rond de jambe à terre, passé, battement frappé, grand battement jeté.
2. Adagio and Allegro; adagio, pas sauté, changement de pied, échappé, demi-tour en l'air.
3. Viennese waltz, English waltz, tango.
4. Jazz dance technique.

1. Technique of initiating movement impulses from different parts of the body, working on various planes, spatial orientation.
2. Ability to use the weight of individual body parts to initiate movement.
3. Combining exercises into combinations.
4. Consciously performing movement tasks in space with appropriate dynamic qualities.
5. Contemporary dance technique (partner work).
6. Improvisation in contemporary dance technique solo, in duets, and in groups.
