1. Continuation of exercises aimed at achieving correct body posture and alignment of various parts using classical and contemporary dance methodologies.
2. Transition of exercises performed at the barre to the center of the room.
3. Introduction of additional concepts and exercises characteristic of classical and contemporary dance.
4. Gradual introduction of successive exercises in various configurations and levels of difficulty.
5. Working on a choreographic routine in contemporary dance technique, incorporating previously learned exercises.
