Performative activities WSL/ATL/DP-L
Optional classes take the form interchangeably: seminar, lecture, and practical exercises.
In the first stage, students share their previous experiences, observations, and uncertainties regarding performative art in Poland and worldwide.
The next stage involves an introductory lecture where students are introduced to the history, evolutionary processes, and characteristics of contemporary performative activities.
In subsequent stages, continuing in the form of seminars, students refine their thoughts and select a specific original theme they feel compelled to explore through performance. Towards the end of the semester, each student realizes their own concept for a performative activity.
In the second semester, in addition to seminars, practical exercises are introduced, which may (but not necessarily) culminate in a presentation at the end of the summer semester.
